Dormitory Buildings

Bedrooms in Dormitory buildings come with either 1 or 2 single beds. Shared washroom facilities are located on each floor and are designated by gender. Guests can enjoy internet access in their bedroom (ethernet cord required) or wireless internet is also available (password required). On each floor there is a central lounge to relax and watch TV with other guests. Laundry facilities and payphones are located in or near all buildings.

Bed & Breakfast (1-14 nights):*

Single or Twin room rates are available in a dormitory building with housekeeping, towel service and breakfast.

$50.95 per night Single plus applicable tax
$62.90 per night Twin plus applicable tax
$77.95 per night Double Bed with Bathroom plus applicable tax

• Booking deposit is one night's accommodation per room due at the time of reserving
• Full payment is due on check in
• Notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to the arrival date otherwise the deposit is forfeited and reservation is cancelled.

Cluster Units

Similar to an apartment or townhouse, Cluster units come with 4 bedrooms, 2 washrooms and a shower. Each bedroom in the unit contains 1 single bed (bedding provided). The living room is furnished with a loveseat and coffee table. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher and dining room table with chairs. Laundry facilities and payphones are located in or near all buildings.

Please note cable and telephone lines are available (activation is required through Shaw or Telus) however televisions and telephones are not provided in the units. Guests can enjoy internet access in their bedroom (ethernet cord required) or wireless internet is also available (password required).

Single Bed & Breakfast Apartments (subject to availability)

Each single apartment has one single bed, kitchen with basic supplies, small seating area and private bathroom (no phone or TV). 
Guests can enjoy internet access in their bedroom (ethernet cord required) or wireless internet is also available (password required). Laundry facilities and payphones are located in or near all buildings.

Nightly stays:

$98.95 per single bachelor apartment (1 single bed) per night plus applicable tax

• Booking deposit is one night's accommodation per unit due at the time of reserving
• Full payment is due on check in
• Notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to the arrival date otherwise the deposit is forfeited and reservation is cancelled.

Corner Bed & Breakfast Apartments (subject to availability)

Each corner bachelor apartment has one double bed, kitchen with basic supplies, side table and chairs and private bathroom with shower (no phone or TV).  The corner apartments are located in the new residence South Tower building on the corner of the 5th or 6th floors (opened Jan 2011).

Guests can enjoy internet access in their bedroom (ethernet cord required) or wireless internet is also available (password required). Laundry facilities and payphones are located in or near all buildings.

Nightly stays:

$117.95 Single Occupancy per corner bachelor apartment (1 double bed) per night plus applicable tax

$125.90 Double Occupancy per corner bachelor apartment (1 double bed) per night plus applicable tax

Please note the University of Victoria safety standard procedure regarding the processing of credit cards: The University does not accept (solicit, receive) credit card information through e-mail. A representative from Residence Services will contact you within 03 business days of your booking inquiry to obtain your credit card information.
