2013 Long Term Visitor Accommodation (May 18 - August 17)

With all long term packages, housekeeping and towel service is not provided and tenants must agree to live within the University of Victoria Community according to the terms outlined in the Summer Agreement.

Cluster Accommodation

Similar to an apartment, cluster units are self-contained with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Units come with two washrooms, a separate shower room and each bedroom has one single bed with linens, a desk and dresser. The living room is furnished with a loveseat and coffee table. The kitchen has 2 fridges, stove, dishwasher and dining room table with chairs.

A full 4 bedroom unit can be rented and internet service is provided in bedrooms.

Cluster Unit

When renting a unit (all 4 bedrooms) one person is responsible for the unit and full payment is due at check in. Tenants need to supply their own television, phone, etc.

$2610.00 per unit (4 single bedrooms) per 30 consecutive nights

Residence - Room & Board

Bedrooms in the dormitory buildings come with either 1 or 2 single beds. Shared washroom facilities are located on each floor and are designated by gender. Internet access is available in each bedroom and on every floor there is a central lounge to relax and watch TV.

The package price includes a mandatory non-refundable cash food card ($16.30 value per day) that can be used in the University Food Services outlets at any time during the stay (click here for locations and times) . Housekeeping and towel service are not provided.

Internet service is provided in bedrooms.

Laundry facilities and payphones are located in or near all buildings.

Rates

$39.80 per person per night for 15 consecutive nights minimum plus applicable taxes
